Gabriel Aboutboul (he/him) is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. He has specialized experience supporting individuals navigating Borderline Personality Disorder, complex trauma, depression, and anxiety, and is deeply committed to empowering clients toward lives that feel meaningful, connected, and authentically their own. Gabriel has worked across private practice and community mental health settings, and currently serves as Manager of Clinical Programs at Haven Toronto, where he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed care.
His approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing primarily from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, mindfulness, somatic practices, and Internal Family Systems. Gabriel believes that every client carries a story worth telling, and that feeling genuinely heard and accepted is often where healing begins. He tailors each treatment plan to the individual, balancing practical skills-building with deeper exploration of identity, relational patterns, and emotional experience. He offers virtual sessions and welcomes clients at any stage of their journey.

Savannah Dasilva
(She/Her/They)
Hi there! My name is Savannah Dasilva (she/her/they) and I’m a queer, neurodivergent psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist based in Toronto. I help children, teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, misunderstood, or disconnected from themselves. If you’re navigating neurodivergence, grief, burnout, identity challenges, chronic illness, chronic pain, or emotional overload – I get it.
Therapy with me is gentle, creative, and collaborative. There’s no pressure to be “on,” no judgment, and no need to mask. Living with Type 1 Diabetes, endometriosis, and AuDHD has shaped the way I show up as a therapist. I know what it feels like to live in a body that’s unpredictable. I know what it’s like to feel different, to be dismissed, to navigate systems that don’t always make space for you. These experiences don’t define me but they deeply inform how I practice. Because of this, my space is built for folks who want a therapist who gets it without needing endless explanations.
I used expressive arts therapy combined with talk therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and body-based practices to help you find the right approach that best meets your needs. If this sounds like something that you’re interested in, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation!

Registered Psychotherapist
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I am also a mental health advocate, motivational speaker, writer, spiritual guide, musician, and dedicated champion for those with borderline personality disorder (BPD) in Canada. For more than ten years, I have been a leader in the mental health sector through volunteering and appearing as a guest on numerous podcasts such as From Borderline to Beautiful and The BPD Bravery Show. Additionally, I am a member of the cast of the YouTube TV series The BPD Bunch, and have received formal training as a peer facilitator for Emotions Matter.
I have undergone training in dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and currently am training in other therapeutic techniques. I have received recognition from various journals and organizations for my community-oriented endeavours. During the month of May, which is designated as BPD awareness month, I actively engage in multiple speaking events to raise awareness, dispel myths, and shed light on the reality of BPD in order to foster understanding and hope. Working with and supporting hundreds of people over the years who are navigating the diagnosis of BPD has given me a deep appreciation for both the challenges and the significance of my work. Bipolar disorder and BPD impacted the lives of both my sister Jackie and my grandmother Rae, and I hope to continue to help others find their own “Rae of Light in the Darkness.”

I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with a deep personal and professional commitment to supporting individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have been practicing since 2024, but my journey toward this work began long before my training.
I identify as someone with lived experience of BPD. Throughout my twenties, I struggled with the intense emotions, relational challenges, and inner turmoil that so many with this diagnosis know intimately. I also received the kind of support that changed everything: therapists who saw me, stuck with me, and helped me build a life I never thought I could have. That experience shaped who I am as a clinician and ignited a dream I carried into graduate school and beyond: to offer others what was offered to me.
I understand how difficult it is to live with BPD. I know the third-degree-burn feeling of emotions that arrive too fast, too hot, and too overwhelming. I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, to fear abandonment, and to wonder if things will ever feel different. And I know, because I have lived it, that life can truly be worth living.
My approach is grounded in compassion, honesty, and genuine belief in your capacity to heal and grow. I don’t stand above you with a clipboard; I walk beside you. I will be with you through the pain, the breakthroughs, and everything in between until you see that a life you’re proud of is possible.
Outside of the therapy room, I nurture my creative side through making music a practice that keeps me grounded and connected to self-expression. I also share my life with a large Leonberger dog who brings me immense joy and reminds me daily of the importance of presence, play, and unconditional companionship.
If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’m here.

(He/Him/His)
Through my clients’ offers of deep vulnerability and brave steps towards trust, I’ve been humbled over the past seven years to experience the transformation of their lives through therapy. Every day I feel grateful for that. As a therapist my greatest motivation is to help my client connect with their authentic self and live their life with greater ease and more of what matters most to them. I am a somatic IFS-informed and DBT therapist. As a therapist, I want to empower you with the tools and self-knowledge to take care of yourself outside of therapy. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship and fit between a therapist and their client. I want to better understand your world and your experiences at the pace and depth that you are ready to meet yourself. I aim to help my clients define and honor their needs, values, boundaries, limits, capacity, and wants and learn how to create relationships, environments, and most importantly a relationship with themself that feels fulfilling, safe, and spacious so they are challenged to become more of themself. A common outcome of this work is more flexible thinking, greater resilience to challenging experiences and emotions, greater connection to one’s personal power and choice, and also radical acceptance around what is out of our control. I have specialized experience working with self-esteem management and shame, emotional regulation and expression, systemic and interpersonal trauma, grief, 2SLGBTQ identities, neurodiversity, spiritual crises and altered states of consciousness, kink and poly communities, and men’s issues.
I am a Registered Social Worker and a Silberman School of Social Work graduate with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I have worked with adults in community-based programs, private practices, and non-profits in a therapeutic role. I have also worked with 2SLGBTQ and poly couples, unhoused and 2SLGBTQ youth, grieving community members, young people involved in the criminal justice system, and dual diagnoses. I am trained in psychedelic integration.
